1. Parties
These Terms are between you (the buyer) and teecrafthub, registered at H No. 13-6-431/E/49, Moghal Nagar, Karwan Sahu, Near Pillar No. 99, Hyderabad – 500048. GSTIN: N/A.

2. Acceptance
By placing an order on https://teecrafthub.com you accept these Terms. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.

3. Products & pricing
Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith. Prices are in INR. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock issues or obvious pricing errors.

4. Payment
Payments processed via Razorpay. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers. For any COD option (if available), extra charges may apply.

5. Shipping & delivery

6. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy page.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by teecrafthub or used under licence. You may not reuse site content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, teecrafthub’s liability for any claim arising from products purchased is limited to the amount paid by you for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify teecrafthub against losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
