Returns & Refunds — teecrafthub
Effective date: 9 October 2025

1. Return window
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or if we shipped the wrong item. Change-of-mind returns: 🔧[CHANGE_OF_MIND_POLICY — e.g., accepted/not accepted and conditions].

2. How to request a return
Email support@teecrafthub.com with your order number, photos (if defective), and a short description. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and provide return instructions.

3. Eligibility
Items must be unused, with original tags and invoice (except where defect is claimed). Personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless defective.

4. Return shipping & costs
If the return is due to our error (defect/wrong item), teecrafthub will cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund method & timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the original payment method is not available, we will offer store credit.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and a new order, subject to stock availability.

7. Non-returnable items
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective. (If you have other non-returnable categories, list them here: 🔧[NON_RETURNABLE_ITEMS]).

8. Cancellation
Orders canceled before dispatch receive a full refund. Orders canceled after dispatch must follow the returns process.
